A *** Stevens truck ran over my mailbox. Then they left. Its a hit and run. I called *** Stevens to try to settle this out of court. They were very responsive and accepted fault for the damage. Once I provided the invoice for the replacement mailbox (just under $400), theyve stopped responding. Now I have to press charges and *** them and its such a time consuming thing to do for something that would have been simple.

I spoke to ******* regarding this complaint, we are in the process of sending a release to this household and will issue a check once it is completed for the property damage. I apologized for any confusion regarding this.
