One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. In November of 2022, I was looking for quotes for gutter **************************** Stevens was one of the companies I contacted. They told me what it involved but when I asked about scheduling an appointment, I was told they dont schedule specific days, which was unsatisfactory to me, because I want to chose a *********** that works with MY schedule. All that they said was they would contact me when they were on their way, which again, was unsatisfactory. They took some information but never to my knowledge did they send a contract/ agreement for me to sign to confirm that I wanted to officially hire them for the job. They contacted me in mid-December, at which time I told the representative that I was tapped out financially & could not afford to have the service done. The representative said they would check back in June for a follow up. Had they actually done so, I would have told them that someone I knew had already cleaned my gutters for ****** did not need them to do it. Instead, they showed ** in June & had done the job (without my permission) in a text. I cant access texts or email while Im at work, so I did not know they had gone to my home, said they did the job & billed me until later on. I registered my concerns to a rep the next day, then called again a day later & the rep I spoke to first told me they had recorded my phone calls with them & implied they were proof I had committed to their service which was a pressure tactic in my opinion. If they had recordings of my call, they would have known about my financial situation. I asked the rep if I could possibly do some kind of payment plan & he said I could do one for $50 & they would send me something to confirm that, but they never did. Instead, they are pressuring me to pay in full & will add additional charges if I dont after a specific period of time. Turns out the only thing they were good at was stressing me out & making me feel threatened.

On 12/12/2023 you asked my agent to delay the service that you had book to June 2023. We only did what you asked us to do and we are happy to honor the payment plan discussed. This is an unfair review as my company only did what you asked of us to do.
