This company made me wait 8 weeks to get a gutter replacement job done and when they finally showed up the worker said there wasn’t parking in the area and the job is too hard and left. Now I need to get another company fast before it gets cold outside. I called this company to replace a gutter in West New York, NJ. I explained in detail the job site to the person that answered the phone. I was given a price for the job and they said they would get it done within four to six weeks. About five weeks later I called them to see why they had not come. They came before the week was closed, but quickly left because the nearby school had the road blocked for the kids to arrive. They couldn’t wait 15 minutes. The company rescheduled for Saturday the following week. I was given an arrival time of 7 am to 3 pm for Saturday. They arrived around 8:30 am in a full size truck saying there wasn’t parking in the area. I offered to give my parking space to them, but supposedly they couldn’t pull their equipment from the truck in the parking spot. One of the workers went to see the back and said it would take too much time and left. They made me wait 8 weeks for nothing. This company needs to get their act together. West New York doesn’t have parking for a truck so why send one rather than a van. Also, perhaps they need to send a person to look at the job before sending the workers out so that they can tell them about the job and the area. The workers need better training too. They have a bad attitude and don’t seem interested in getting the job done.
