Can’t believe a company that claims to have 50+ years of experience deliver such poor workmanship. How did they stay in business this long?
Short story is if you just want gutter cleaning, try your luck; if you want any additional work done to your gutter, stay as far as you can!
Here is the long story. We had our gutter leaking from one corner and called this company to fix it. They refused to do anything unless we use their cleaning service first. We know it’s NOT the issue. We sent them photos and videos showing the problem. But the sales rep insisted on cleaning first.
Fine, we went ahead and paid $160 just so that they can address our issue. And of course NOTHING was fixed. Water leaked as soon as another rain hit.
So we called them again to schedule a replacement of the gutter. They came and added an extension on the side which was unnecessary and blocked our walkway. And when it rained? The exact same problem occurred again at the same corner!
What a joke! They don’t know what they are doing. All they want is to convince you to use their cleaning service. If they can’t handle more than cleaning, they shouldn’t have taken the money.
UPDATE: One year later, the extension disconnected from the gutter with a huge crack. And that’s when we found out they only put in 1 screw where 4 screws are supposed to to be used. We called the company one last time, and guess what? They insisted on doing a cleaning service AGAIN! HA!
