I am very disappointed with the latest experience with this company. My wife scheduled a gutter cleaning service with them since previously they had provided a good service. In their first visit to my house, the cleaning crew showed up and just left. When my wife called them, they gave the excuse that they could not do the work because my outside water faucet was shut off. Instead of knocking on the door so that she could open it, they just left. They indicated that the water faucet needed to be open, so I did. After a few days that they did not show up, but my credit card had been already charged, I called them back. They said that someone was going to show up in a few more days, and they did. To my surprise, they again left without doing the job. This time they told my wife that the job could not be done due to some bushes being on the way. Keep in mind they cleaned my gutters before and the landscape has not changed. When I called their office to talk about my case, they told me that the reason was that my roof was too steep and it was unsafe. They added that a couple of years ago they were able to do it, but now the regulations had changed and they could not do the work on my gutters. I think they could have noticed that on their first visit. So which story is true: the bushes on the way or the roof being too steep? It seems to me that they are full of excuses. Now it is too late in the season, and other companies can’t do the work. I should add that they offered me a yearly plan to clean the gutters, to which I said I would think about. If I had accepted, would they have done the work?

Safety is our number one priority such that we are willing to suffer negative reviews to keep our men safe. Any crew is allowed to walk away from a job where they feel there is a safety issue. At that point, we have our Quality Control Manager review the job, looking at photos of the house and/or on-line images of the house. Here, our Quality Control Manager deemed this house too unsafe for us to perform the work. We have significantly enhanced our safety standards over the last year. We are sorry you are upset, but safety is one area where we don’t compromise.
