Absolutely useless company. This company will not clean your roof gutters if the screens over gutters are tightly sealed under Roof shingles. FYI This is very common practice to protect Screes from flying during heavy wind or storms. Ned Steven clean our roof gutters when we were not home. (No one calls when they are coming.)Cleaning crew came and gone and when the rain came after week we noticed No water was coming down from the vertical gutters so called again they came re did gutter cleaning unfortunately still same. Everyone Sedna good talkers but most important the Clean crew is very inexperience. Office people great. Steven great talker and pure shellfish business man. He repeated 10 times sir Gutters are sealed so my guys can not do good job. Sorry Call some other person to make all screens loose then my guys will come again and do cleaning job. What a lame excuse. This company should not be in this business if they can not make few screens loose, clean and replace them back. Because home owner do not know
Screen attachments over Gutter This company rips them off. No communication at all just pay me $ 250. Primary purpose if this company is not cleaning Gutter but they want to clean your roof for $750 which Steven pushes very heavily. My humble request to steven, he should honestly inform customer about the unusual screen situation as soon as they find, and let owner know steven has limitations so we can not do it and leave. NO CHARGE
