I called this company BEFORE the last snow storm in my area 1/29/2021 for an emergency repair of a section of gutters on my home. The representative stated that they couldn’t come out to take address the problem until AFTER the snow storm so I hired another contractor who responded on 1/31/2021 and satisfactorily repaired my gutter.
Fast forward to February 25, 2021 when I discovered that a service placard was left on that day around the door knob on my front door stating that service was completed, other “issues” were visible and payment is due.
Now I’ve received several invoices via email for “scheduled” gutter cleaning
services that I never requested or made scheduled appointments requesting service by
Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning.
Consumer beware because due in part to the COVID-19 pandemic various tactics are being deployed to obtain money from anyone during these trying times.
