Initially excellent processes, easy to schedule and on time. Core gutter cleaning appears to be done well.
Major issue occurred when providing additional service to remove old gutter guards – team inexplicably removed drip edge on 1 side of house and did not mention this to me. I assume this was done by mistake/inexperience. This has caused significant issues since the service (although not noticed until water penetrated fascia). No returned call to discuss issue.
Finally many, many unwanted follow on “schedule new service” calls despite clearly communicated lack of interest.
