My bad experience is the Ned Stevens company in general. This may not pertain to the Wilmington Branch. I asked for this company to clean my gutters because i couldn’t do it because of an injury. I was told they would get it done in a week weather permitting. Fine, i don’t have a problem with that. I tried to get an estimate of when it would be done today and now the girl says, in two weeks or less weather permitting. They told me they wouldn’t debit my account until the job was done, but my account was debited the day after i requested service. Then she told me if it’s 38 degrees or less my gutters are frozen and they can’t do it!!! Really???? She then told me i shouldn’t have waited until all the leaves fell from the trees!!! Way to go Ned Stevens! I’ll take my multiple properties and my business elsewhere!
