Ned Stevens flushed all the debris from gutters down into my underground drain and clogged it. There was no blockage in the underground drains before service. Their customer service is rude and don’t care about customer complaints. Instead of addressing customer concern all you hear is that Ned Steven is an A rate company in Market for 60 year. Who cares if you provide this kind of pathetic service. Stay away form this company.

Changez, this is a bit of an unfair review. Our representative explained the problem and you were willing to book knowing the problem existed. You began to speak harshly with the agent once he told you the lead time for the snaking service. We provide great and fair work.
