We have them clean our gutters annually. This year, they did the cleaning and told us that they “found an issue.” When I called the office to ask about it, they did not know what the issue was, so they said they would send out a team to check. The team arrived unnanounced, and not knowing what they were supposed to do. The team decided to just repeat the original service (never mentioning the issue that the previous team found) and then charge us again.
