They got 1 star because they don’t except 0 stars. I will never deal with Ned Stevens again.I called and scheduled an appointment and was charged but it took two weeks to get someone to come to the house after I called and was told they would be there before the “first Freeze’ guaranteed. When they get there I am told they can not clean my gutters because I have clip on gutter guards and I would have to pay an additional 75 dollars to have them remove them to clean the gutters. This is a gutter company and clip on gutter guards have to be a normal thing. So they leave and I am told by phone that they would return the next day. They did not. I am still confused why they would leave in the first place since they called me and I okayed the additional charge. A week later and it has snowed twice and still no one has come. I cancelled the appointment and requested my money back. I used Ned Stevens at my office and they did a good job but boy I will NEVER use them again.
