We used Ned Steven’s for gutter cleaning. A couple of times, we had to point out cleaning the gutter at the bottom down spout. We had them replace our gutters in front, and they didn’t connect them correctly in one section. My husband had to fix it. We canceled our service years ago. They continue to call us and say we owe them for a service they thought was done long after we canceled. The service was never performed. My mother and son were home that day. Customer service agrees we don’t owe anything that we had canceled long before. The service wasn’t done, and they apologize. Yet we still get calls, and now we get a letter saying they are sending us to collections!!!! Years going on. Seriously, the WORST.
Received a message to email customer service, and they would love to resolve the issue. We’ve spoken with customer service repeatedly over the past few years, and yet, this is STILL not resolved, and we now get a letter saying we’re being sent to collections. I have NO faith in your customer service.
