Do not waste your time with this company. First I was held hostage on the phone with a service rep trying to sell me the platinum package and pre-schedule the next 12 months in gutter cleanings and I had never used their services. They advertise gutter repairs and I had 2 areas in need of small repair work. I scheduled a gutter cleaning with the repair work noted and a dryer duct cleaning. Additionally I’d asked for them to measure one gutter and give me an estimate for replacing because it’s missing an end cap. The crew showed up on time and when I started to show them the 2 areas in need of small repair I was told they don’t do any repair work. I then wanted to show them the gutter needing measuring for replacement; again, they had no idea what I was talking about. I asked if they would go ahead and measure the gutter and submit it back to their office; they acted like I asked them to rebuild my house. After they finished I was then subjected to a sales pitch about replacing all of the gutters because the gutters on the house are “in horrible condition and installed wrong”. No, they’re not. I’ve been a home owner longer than these 2 gentlemen have been alive. All they did was insult my intelligence. I paid for the service but I’ll not use them again. Very unprofessional company and only seem interested in selling you a service and a product.
