Promised services very different from those delivered; customer service unresponsive.

Called Ned Stevens looking to have my gutters cleaned and evaluated based on a neighbors recommendation.

The Promise:
Phone rep was incredibly friendly, told me the service I scheduled would include a gutter cleaning, a flush to test for leaks and even “included” minor repairs as part of the service.

The Reality:
Two men arrived, blew out the leaves and left in under 15 minutes. No test for leaks, no meaningful inspection.

The Support:
Its been a week and several followups and no response from customer service.
