I probably shouldn’t even give them one star. I was a New England gutter Kings customer for a decade and they came out each year for a reasonable price and cleaned my gutters without fail and did a nice job. They sent gentle email and voicemail reminders which was helpful in terms of setting up the annual appointment. I got emails from Ned Stevens about gutter cleaning this year without any explanation that they had actually purchased New England Gutter Kings so I thought they were simply a competitor and did not respond. I’ve did my own research and found that they had purchased England gutter Kings and called them up and scheduled the normal fall gutter cleaning. They did not come through late November so a found a customer service number and called them and after a few attempts got a customer service representative who said that they were waiting until there were more leaves off the trees, which were all down at that point, and I implored them to come as soon as possible and she said they would. It is now almost Christmas and we’ve had several rain storms that overflowed our gutters and threatened to pull them down and yet no sign of anyone from Ned Stevens. They have a called to ask me to sign up for their Vent cleaning services and other services when they’re so pathetic in cleaning gutters. I’m not sure what’s going on at the company and why they’re so disorganized but I reached out to them to see if they’ll even respond and am done with them.
