Gutters were left disconnected from the downspouts. Clogs weren’t even checked. Prices were changed on site. Too many problems. I’m a diamond plan member and it’s certainly not worth it.

Look at the clogs or to clean and just decided to leave. Totally unacceptable. We had flooding because of this. You guys even confirmed that this happened in multiple areas when the next crew came out. According the the manager you fired the crew that did the job so poorly but that doesn’t change the damage that was done to the house which was well over the 250 you refunded me. As for the new gutters I never changed anything. I asked for new gutters on the whole house. I was specific where I had gutters and your employee looked at pictures online and quoted me. I confirmed everything with him multiple times. To say I changed anything is a lie. You guys listened to the tape of the conversation and agreed with me.
This is a joke of a response and shows a complete lack of empathy for the issues you have caused.

Ethan, we guarantee all of our work. Without even being allowed to come back and fully check on your claim about the downspouts, a manager refunded the cleaning in good faith and still sent another crew back out. We did everything that we could to make you happy. Even though the specifications you gave us on a past installation were incorrect, we still honored the price while doing much more work. The price was never changed.
