I hired Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning to clean our gutters and install gutter screens. Everything was smooth at first; they were responsive and timely. They charged my credit card for both services and everything seemed great. After a few days, I wanted to take a look at the service that was performed and saw that there were no gutter screens installed. I called customer service and told them my issue and to their credit they said they would refund me.
I was still taken aback by what happened because short of climbing onto my roof to see if the gutter screens were installed, they would have never refunded me the difference. A more honest company would have called the minute they were unable to complete a service and make refunds right away.
