One of the most difficult companies to work with, hands down, and poor value. Charged $250 to clean a gutter that is 3 feet long, when I asked for gutter-cleaning for the entire house (if it existed) and to see about a downspout install. Getting the downspout took more than 10+ calls to coordinate, as customer service cannot always reach field services and only days for service can be coordinated – not times. Even on days of service, the team did not show. Communication is atrocious. Marketing/sales is the #1 priority here, sending materials to “rate 5 stars” before service even completed. Ask for a single service and they’ll pitch their annual agreement, hard. This company is more interested in volume than direct and professional customer service.
