Gautami, there was zero charge for the visit today. Our workers that “don’t feel comfortable,” actually brought up safety concerns in performing the job. My teams take safety as their first and foremost priority. None of this is a fraud. I also do not appreciate the unkind words you had for the agent trying to help you on the phone.
