We had a cleaning done by them and they inspected it, no issues. Called a few weeks after to get an estimate for gutter repairs for something that was happening for a while. They said they were to busy and had no one to come investigate the issue…Called again months after and the agent on the phone insisted that we needed a cleaning and then someone will inspect it to see the problem. We already did the cleaning… they already inspected it, why can’t someone just come in real quick to just have a look. Again she insisted it probably is a cleaning issue BUT WE ALREADY DID THE CLEANING and the problem wasn’t solved. They do not want to waste their time for someone to come out for a quick estimate, they just want you to pay for their cleaning.
