Took them 4 weeks to come after initial 2 week confirmation. They claimed they cleaned my gutters, but didn’t, left me a receipt, I called them back to report it they apologized and sent someone else next day, the person only cleaned the front of the house. I took pictures and sent with a complaint never heard back. I ended up having to hire a local guy to come do the job. I reported the complaint via phone. They told me they recorded it but they had confirmed with the service tech the service was performed. I didn’t want to bother anymore so I sent payment via check which was never cashed. Then received another invoice with a late fee. Sent a second check which was never cashed, I called to follow up and was told they had received the second check and thanked me for my payment. A few weeks later I received a late notice invoice stating my act was going to be reported to collections. I called and left a message once I checked none of the checks were neither cashed nor returned to me. The next day a representative called me stating they had not received payment and threatened with Reporting to collection I paid using my card which involved a fee on top of the late fee. The representative told me they ha don records of the checks and that they would not cash if received. A few days later they cashed one of the checks. I will be reporting to the best business bureau. This company is unethical and the worst customer service. When I called back to report it the representative gave me attitude stating that is incorrect and it had to be a mistake without even looking it up. I have all the call records and dates and they still disregarded. Two weeks later they still have not reimbursed me for the double charge and the false late fee. Unethical. Unprofessional, and corrupt. Worst company to go with.
