Awful experience…
I hiredNed Stevens for gutter cleaning – when I called to schedule service I asked if I needed to be home ,the customer service rep assured not a problem if I was not . I noted my dog would be at daycare .
On the day of service I did not receive text notifying of crews impending arrival but was not concerned . I was sure to find a tag on my door and evidence of cleaned gutters. Not the case – no tag and gutters still full debris. Three days later a text “ Please let us know how we did” , received a mailed invoice and my credit card charged.
I called customer service and explained the situation – I was told “ the crew must have went to wrong address, it happens” . I asked to speak to supervisor – His explanation was this is an honest mistake., but he wanted to make things right. He offered a $50 credit and I was rescheduled as first job of the day. This time I would be home.
It’s the morning of service waiting 2hours no text and no crew. I call and ask for a supervisor . I get Diana from sales ,she can’t help but offers to find out from labor department the status. Another 1.5 hour passes , I call again get Diana says “ crew maybe 20 mins away” At that point I did not want anyone from that company on my property , canceled service and asked for a full refund.
