Every time the team comes, they break something. They broke the rain hood when they clean the dryer vent, and today they broke my lawn faucet when they clean by gutter.
But the worst thing is when they broke your things, they don’t tell you, they just ran away! Both times, they left without any notice, I have to find out the issue myself, and when I found the faucet issue, the water has been running wildly open for at least an hour without attention.
Then you will have to call them and report the issue, I was told that I will need to find a contractor to fix the issue myself, and mail them the invoice so they can reimburse. It is none-sense, why do I have to deal with the mass you guys left??
Stay away from this company, half of their crew does not speak English, you cannot communicate with them, and work are terrible. I used their gutter clean, mosquito control and dryer vent cleaning services, I am not satisfied with any of those works. They finish most work in 10 minutes while some other contractors will spend at least 30-60 minutes on it, guess what kind of services you get form them. TERRIBLE!
UPDATE – so my whole day was ruined by this company. When I report the faucet issue, they confirmed on the phone that there is a note written on the incident report saying “the crew member broke the faucet” so they will reimburse 100% of the cost to replace the faucet. I thought the thing is over, however an hour later I received a phone call from Ned Stevens, a “manager” told me I cannot prove that the damage was caused by them, not only I need to hire someone to fix the faucet, that company has to put in writing the cause of the damage, or they will not reimburse me.
1 – I called two plumber, no one agrees to offer such report, they are not there when the faucet is broken, they don’t want to be hold liable to analysis the cause of the issue which I totally understand 2 – the crew came this morning at 8:30, used this water faucet to finish their job, it means the faucet is working when they turn it on. On 9:13 I went outside and found the issue, I took a picture and called Ned Stevens immediately, and was told there is a report filed by the crew admitting that the damage is caused by them. How come Net Stevens required additional report evidence to proof that they did the damage?? 3 – Now I have to pay $225 to fix the faucet without knowing if I can get reimbursed from Ned Stevens or not.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
