Because you have no reply email or any text message communication I am forced to leaving this message here, Ned, after receiving a no reply invoice via email from you. I did not approve another Ned Stevens gutter cleaning and my only and last conversation with your representative was a’NO for now’ and to only do a 1 time service. She even told me that i could change my mind and get the discount price in the future instead of the one-time service price of $193.00–Besides that, the NS rep said if i enrolled in the membership that the treatments would be $159 not this $193.49 that you have unauthorizedly deducted from my credit card when i paid you for a 1 time service back in May.
You also did not send me any notification of a scheduled service and i had no idea that your service people were coming, yesterday, August 9th— during a wind and rain storm, which was pointless because the storm just continued to break tree branches, leaves and debris which only filled the gutters after your servicemen cleaned them. I tried to engaged in a conversation with them and they didn’t even understand English, and just continued on doing Ned Stevens gutter cleaning throughout the rain and wind with tree debris falling. That was very deceptive and unfair of you.
