Gutter cleaning. Crew just shows up anytime. No way of checking what work was done. You’ll just get a notice that they were on site and work was done. Worst part is, they add “gas” surcharge at will on top of agreed price so, if they schedule 10 jobs in the same area, they collect 10x for gas. I terminated my contract with them when I got a notice that they’ve done work. It’s only March! Who cleans gutters in the middle of winter!! Total rip off! I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from Ned Stevens as possible.
