Ned Steven’s completely took advantage of me this fall. I have used them for many years, both in MA and another 4 years in NJ so I have history with the service. They came to my house and appear to have pretended to clean my gutters. My water was turned off, so they could not “flush” them out, yet no one bothered to ring the bell and ask me to turn it on. They left a bag of leaves by the curb that included grass clippings and looked like a pile that was scooped off the lawn. The trees have nearly all of their leaves remaining, yet they are coming again next month. The gutters were clean before they started so it seems to me like they are looking to get a double billing. I called to complain but was basically told all the reasons I was wrong. They told me I will only have to pay $100 instead of $123. Some service. Thanks for showing me that all my years as a customer mean basically nothing to you. I will continue to fight over the bill. I cancelled the December cleaning, and I will find someone else to do the work. I am contacting the BBB on Monday to complain.
