Ned Stevens window cleaning service sucks. No message on when they will be here. They don’t listen to your instructions. Literally spent no time doing touch-up to make sure smudges and streaks were cleaned. Asked them to clean the skylights and they didn’t do it. No communication about what’s included in the service and what is not.
