Contacted Ned Stevens to provide gutter cleaning services. They texted me Friday to alert me of the crew arriving, great. Get home after the fact, and the gutter were clean, but they left a mess. Mud all over the front of the gutters, all over the Halloween decorations, my front stoop…so I called, spoke with customer service and explained the problem, he apologized and stated he has a crew dispatched to come out Saturday first thing to clean up. Well, 1:30 rolls around and no crew. So I called and spoke with another customer service tech, he said no one was dispatched to come to my address, so I said well, then give me a partial refund…he’s like best I can do is get someone there Tuesday because it’s supposed to rain the next couple of day, well by then it’s washed away…so tells me he’ll l call dispatch and see who’s in the area and get someone out today…he’ll call me back by 2. No return call. So I called AGAIN, and they ended up giving me a partial refund. Will NOT be using them again, and I don’t suggest anyone else does either.
