July 13, 2018. I needed to get my gutters cleaned and repaired. I had high hopes for a company that was rated pretty high. NOPE!! They sent two men who couldn’t communicate with me. They spoke nothing but Spanish. I tried to explain that their is a missing pipe/gutter part that needed replacing. They didn’t understand. I tried calling the company to talk to their manager. This went back and fourth for awhile. Then they proceeded to take the gutter guards off my gutters. They told me it would harm my shingles. Ok. $75 extra. I didn’t mind. But it took the manager calling me to explain because I do not understand Spanish. I was inside when they left. I walked outside to check the gutters. I found a bag of debris they left behind on the STREET. What professional company does that?!!! I was furious. I took a picture and called the company. The manager told me that I shouldn’t have moved it. What?!! He chastised me for moving the black bag to the trash can… Needless to say…. I will never use this company again. Neither will my friends and family. I will also report them to the better business bureau…
