Terrible experience! Took them over 2 weeks to get out to my house and then after explaining to them clearly all the details they stated they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have the right ladders and it was a safety issue. The crew showed up and left without saying anything. Waste of time!
Working in construction I know how important safety is and I wouldnt ask your crews to work unsafe. obviously this job Could have been done safely because that has already happened. I am frustrated Because i spoke to the crew and they never mentioned anything to me and just left. You were not properly prepared for the job and I thought it wansnt handled professionally.

Safety is our number one priority such that we are willing to suffer negative reviews to keep our men safe. Our technicians went to this customer’s home within the quoted lead time (not over two weeks) and determined that the job was unsafe. Any crew is allowed to walk away from a job where they feel there is a safety issue. Larry, we are sorry you are upset but safety is one area we are unwilling to compromise.
