Very disappointed. I have had my gutters cleaned four times a year by Ned Stevens. When they recently overflowed during a heavy rain, I asked that they be checked. When it was recommended that I replace all my gutters, I asked for an estimate.I was quoted a price based on 160 feet of gutters. I asked for a remeasure because that seemed extremely high. and they came back at 140 feet. I measured them myself and found that the total length was 106 feet. I called to complain and was told they would honor my measurement. This was totally unprofessional. I will take my business somewhere more trustworthy.
