Worst company ever – horrible customer service. They claim they came to my home but never knocked or rang doorbell and my outside cameras show no one was here. Don’t be scammed by them, especially if you live in an urban area like I do. They want to just show up on whatever day they claim in the week they will be there even if you aren’t home and claim the job was done. They also say they won’t call you ahead of time, but they have done this for me in the past, so that is a lie. They say they send an email in April with a date that they will be there in October – and no follow up. By the way I never received that e-mail. 0 STARS
