We had brand new gutters put on our house 2 years ago. Ned Stevens said we needed new ones and that the pitch wasn’t correct. I don’t see a difference and it was rather expensive. The second part of our service was for them to snake out a downspout, which is causing overflow issues outside both our property and an adjacent neighbor. It’s been going on 6 weeks and they still haven’t performed service. I called to complain and they stated, “You’re on the schedule.” I called back again, and they moved my appointment up by 3 days due to my being very vocal and saying there was no communication and that the appointment was made well over a month ago. They agreed to move our appointment up by 3 days, but after I got off the phone, someone called back and said their schedule couldn’t accommodate the change. I don’t see the value in their service at all, not to mention they don’t give any timeframes of when work will be completed. At the price I paid, I’m certain there are better options out there. I’m happy I didn’t get rooked into their regular maintenance schedule. One last thing – the crew doing the gutter replacement left gutter screws IN the gutter and strewn about on the ground, on top of leaving me with a broken shingle to fix. Buyer beware!
