I’ve been a customer of Ned Steven’s for years.. Wasn’t too happy with the cleaning.. Pushed it through.. Had an issue with a passed payment, I got in touch with the company to discuss the issue, WE BOTH AGREED that upon the next service call I will pay up my bill.
In fact, the company froze my account, didn’t show up to do anymore services.. Now 1 of my gutters fell off “due to the delayed care of the Ned Steven’s group”..Very irresponsible .. They basically left me hanging..
I treid having a discussion with the office and manager about this, I explained to him all the details about our last conversation about the payment plan.. He kept on saying ‘nothing I can do about that’ basically ignoring the fact that I have a loss of a nice couple of hundred dollars because they delayed Gutter care.
VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There was a balance that was over 5 months old and we sent over multiple notices about it. We were left with no other choice but to put the account on hold until payment was made. We are a honest and fair company. We performed services but were not paid for them and we tried multiple times to resolve the balance. We wish you luck in the future.
