Unimpressed. I called Ned Stevens because we had a leak in our gutter directly over the front door. They said they would come to clean the gutters and do a full inspection. Then they said the inspection found a problem. The problem was that I needed continuing maintenance and cleaning. Really? That was causing the leak. I called back again and the sent the person back and told me the same thing….There was nothing wrong. I don’t get it. Aren’t you guys gutter specialists? Also, rude on the phone/poor customer service.
