Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning is a DECEPTIVE, AWFUL company. Their 2-man crew reassured us they cleaned our gutters when we asked them before they left. Soon after, we found most downspouts and the ground surrounding them bone dry. The next day’s rain still overflowed all the gutters, too. BAD BUSINESS and with HIGH PRESSURE CALL TAKERS, as well.
