I called to schedule service but was given no date of service. Two guys randomly showed up and the ladder wasn’t tall enough so they didn’t do the job. I called, they told me the manager would review and call back. No one called, so I did and was told I was on the list but with no service date again. After waiting again, I called to cancel service only to find out they canceled it but didn’t bother to tell me.
