I went with Ned Stevens because they had a special and I thought it was a good deal. The technician came out clean the gutters without issue he told me there were some problems, but someone else will call me to discuss them in detail. The next day I received a call informing me of another cleaning special was available that I may appreciate. Day 4 I called back to speak to someone regarding the status of my gutter cleaning and the problems, but the individual I spoke with stated that I’ll will receive a return call regarding my issue.Then to be proactive I called back the next day and got transfer call run arounnd and left a message. Now a month later I get a call from this company stating that they tried to contact me through email on several occasions to discuss the issues that the technician discovered. Get the heck out of here! I probably would have purchased a new gutter system through them if they were more on task about contacting me via telephone….human to human by returning my phone call four weeks ago! Now Im just p***** and going with a local contractor. That’s not to like great customer service with a smile and human kindness!
