Unfortunately, my experience with Ned Stevens was not a good one. I called to have my gutters cleaned, and they told me to pay when scheduling the cleaning before services were preformed which I did. They didn’t give me an exact date, but instead said I would be notified an hour or so before the crew would arrive. I was at work when I received a notification that they were coming. I checked my ring camera and never saw a service truck or people. I then received a statement saying that they came and they detected a problem. I called and they told me that I needed all new gutters that would cost over $1000. I explained that I never saw anyone at the house, and they pretty much accused me of lying. They said they took pictures but when I asked for them they emailed me images that I couldn’t view. After speaking with several people I finally spoke with a guy that viewed the photos and described them to me in which at that time he discovered they went and cleaned gutters on a house that wasn’t mine. It was a big headache for my husband and I. They then came to my house and quoted me $700 more. At this point I’m not even sure how accurate that is. Overall, I’m not a happy customer.
