Extremely aggressive post-sales tactics.

Cleaning happened at the scheduled time. No additional services were available (I wanted to have some gutter joints sealed), which is fine but disappointing. However, when the crew showed up, they had a question or concern, but they didn’t know any english to communicate it. Through a series of charades, we were able to at least deduce it down to something about cleaning the downspouts. Things seemed to be clean enough after they left. I would have given it a “3-4 stars, don’t expect much, but the price is about the right value for money”

The true reason for 1 star here is that they won’t seem to stop calling, texting, emailing, physically mailing to try and set up another appointment. I’ve had to block their phone number at this point to get some peace.
