Damaged my gutters several times in the process of cleaning but did not repair them. Yet, they repeatedly tried to upsell me for services I didn’t request or need. I contracted with them for a year and when the year was completed I was looking forward to canceling, but they automatically renewed contract with sending confirmation and their cancellation policy isn’t readily available on their website. This is an unprofessional and sketchy service. Whatever location is listed when you search for gutter cleaners is not the actual address of this company. It is a national chain posing as a local service, and therefore lacks any local touch or customer service. Stay with or search for your local gutter specialists—they’ll get the job done right.
