They don’t give you specific appointments. So if you want to be around for the service, it’s not ideal. They charge too much for what they offer. I used them for gutter cleaning. They only spent 20 minutes doing the job. I also trieD their mosquito and tick spray service, they came once and then they didn’t come the week that we were scheduled. I didn’t see a difference in mosquito in my back yard. The “manager“ for mosquito and tick control was very rude and could use some customer service skills. The customer service is inadequate for this size company.
