I do not recommend using this company.

I called to set up an appointment to clean my gutters, I needed it done ASAP because of incoming storms and my basement was flooding due to clogged gutters. I called, waited on the line, then set up an appointment. I explained my scenario and said I would need someone in the next few days, and if they could not do that, then I would go elsewhere. They (someone named Paul) said they would send someone out in the next few days. They continuously tried to get me to enroll in a “subscription” type service for a lower rate.

I got a call back from another company that offered the same services for almost HALF the price (Ned Stevens wanted to charge $223, I paid $120 to another licensed and insured company). I called Ned Stevens to cancel the appointment, I got Paul again, he said “Yes you are all set it is cancelled.”

Five days later while I am on vacation I get a text message saying that my home is being serviced for gutter cleaning by Ned Stevens. I am confused and irritated, as they were already cleaned before I left for vacation. I called back and waited on hold for an hour before being able to talk to someone. Thank goodness I got someone (Sayid) who was competent and credited my bill, but I was furious that they wanted to charge me $223 to clean my (already cleaned) gutters after I cancelled.

Do not use this company, they will try to nickel and dime you. They said I need gutter service 4-5 times a year WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY HOUSE, while the other company said one to two times a year is all I need after cleaning the gutters.

If 0 stars was an option I’d select it.
