Let me say first the two men were nice. Not sure if they took ten minutes. He took our leaves and blew them on my neighbor’s yard. There wasn’t much but I asked him to blow them off my neighbor and move them into my yard. I got a polite yes but that never happened. I wasn’t paying too much attention and was surprised they finished so fast even though I have a small ranch. I asked about the downspouts and he said the rain would flush them out. I thought a gutter cleaning meant downspouts also. My ignorance I guess. I understand that a business must make a profit and pay their employees. Feels as if I paid too much for a job that just seemed way to quick to be thorough. I mean please “rain will flush the downspouts”. Isn’t there a method to insure they are clear before it rains? Again, nice folks but never again. Oh I just saw how another customer received a downspout flushing with a hose they brought. Rain will flush mine out when I asked them makes no sense. I guess I have unflushable downspouts. Even angrier now. This was supposed to include a complimentary inspection. How on Earth did I pass with those darn downspouts? I laud them for doing the fastest inspection ever on my house. Detailed inspection and gutter cleaning in the blink of an eye, like wow! Good luck to those who have had success with them. I feel as if I did not.
