We didn’t even get to experience their service but their phone manner and refusal to perform a gutter clean on our house due to seemingly odd reasons is enough to leave a negative review. They didn’t even consult us properly as to how to figure out solutions! We live in a trinity row home (very common to Philadelphia) and two of the excuses that were used were parking and the roofs being too close together. We had explained all of this over the phone during the initial call to make the appointment and it seemed surmountable. Very taken aback by the uncooperative manner of the person on the phone. Even without using their services, I wouldn’t recommend this company – customer service is so important.
