I 1st called on May 16th to schedule a cleaning of a single 50′ gutter and was told someone would be out by the end of the week. I called back on the 31st because no one showed up, no calls, and no email. Was told someone would be out within the next couple of days. Called again today June 3rd to see whats up and even though i gave explicit directions each time I called, I was told the crew got lost. I was assured that someone would be out tomorrow morning. Got a text today the 3rd saying they were enroute. Followed by another text 10 mins later saying they canceled and I needed to call. Once again I was told the crew couldn’t find my place.
Whatta joke!
Found someone else at almost half the price and they’re on their way now…
