I called in November to schedule gutter cleaning, as I do every year. It is January 27 and they still haven’t come. Their response to me when I called twice was that it was weather permitting. Well, we have had an unseasonably warm winter with very little snow as of today. They repeatedly said they never miss a job, but it is two months out and I would consider that missing the job.

Sandra, please email [email protected] so that a manager can follow up with you. You booked your service later in the season and my crews have been working 7 days a week when the weather permits. At this point in the season, the weather can cause service delays (not only snow but multiple days with the temperature in the 30s) but we have not missed a job in nearly 60 years.
