I am not satisfied with their service at all. They cleaned my gutter, and I do not have any comment on that, as I didn’t check the quality on the rooftop. However, after repeatedly informing them, they cleaned my dryer vent twice as per their sms service, and it was not cleaned at all. They might be cleaned wrong vent. Bad part is, they collected credit card information before start work and charged for the wrong service, not sure if they damaged something.
