I called for a routine gutter cleaning service, after they charged my credit card they said they can’t do the job because of a safety concern. I called a competitor and they completed the work safely at a cheaper price without any concerns. Ned Stevens Fairfield NJ wasted my time and showed they don’t have trained people to distinguish between real safety concerns or routine jobs.

Safety is our number one priority such that we are willing to suffer negative reviews to keep our men safe. Any crew is allowed to walk away from a job where they feel there is a safety issue. At that point, we have our Quality Control Manager review the job, looking at photos of the house and/or on-line images of the house. Here, our Quality Control Manager deemed this house too unsafe for us to perform the work. We have significantly enhanced our safety standards over the last year. We are sorry you are upset, but safety is one area where we don’t compromise.
